Note: This kit is not suitable for the fireplace hearth, which includes the directly exposed areas surrounding the firebox.

The béton ciré in this kit is formulated to adhere strongly to the surfaces around your fireplace. Begin by applying the universal bonding primer to ensure optimal adhesion. Then, apply two layers of béton ciré for a seamless finish. Once the surface is complete, use the premium varnish included in the kit for added durability and protection.
For areas prone to cracking, such as corners, it’s highly recommended to use fibered tape before applying the béton ciré. This ensures long-term resistance against cracking.

Apply the universal primer to a clean, dry surface.
Apply two coats of ISY microtopping: one coat of ISY Standard, followed by ISY Fin.
Sand lightly between coats and after the final layer for a smooth, refined finish.
Apply two coats of varnish to seal and protect the surface.
