This varnish concrete is an emulsion of resin monocomponent lasts that protects and beautifies concrete surfaces carried out to the helicopter.
PREPARATION OF THE SUPPORT
Before the application of Polish Hydro, the support must be clean, dry and without residual moisture.
The concrete must be aged a minimum of 21 days.
Always check that there is no product to cure on the concrete. In case of presence of the product of the cure, you are stripping it with Harmony décap cure with a green pad. Wash and rinse with neutral cleaner. See the Décap cure.
In the case where there is no product to cure, take care to always clean using a mono brush the concrete with Harmony neutral Cleaning agent to reduce the pH thereof. A pH that is too high would result in chalking of the coating.
The application temperature is between 10° and 25°. Avoid currents of air.
In order that the finish Hydro does not dry too quickly during application, it is recommended to gently moisten the soil before. Apply a thin film and uniform up to saturation of the medium in proportions of 1 litre for 10 m2 .
Use a broom with micro fibre or a brush dampener for the application.
Apply a 2nd layer to improve the protection when the 1st layer of Varnish Hydro is dry to the touch.
