Harmony Cure concrete is a milky white liquid composed of synthetic resin and reactive components fluosilicatés.
Harmony Cure concrete promotes the hydration and cure homogeneous in the concrete and the wear layer is embedded.
It is a water-based product. For a product to cure solvent-based, use Cure SL

This aftertreatment promotes hydration and uniform hardening of the concrete.

Harmony Curing Agent is supplied ready for use.
It can be applied as a conventional curing product, preferably using a thermal sprayer.
Although the use of a nozzle or a roller is possible, care must be taken not to apply any excess product. A second application is preferable, in order to avoid any excess thickness.
In the case of highly porous floors, a second coat can be applied after 12 hours.
The surface must be free from all traces of grease, oil, soiling, paint, etc. Also any residual water should be removed from the surface, or at least should be allowed to dry prior to the application of product, as water may impair the homogeneity of the product. In this case, or in case of the absorption of residual humidity or run-off water, Harmony Curing Agent can form patches of whitish salt deposits, which can be removed by polishing with a non-abrasive disk.
For newly-applied concrete, Harmony Curing Agent can be beneficially applied by spraying in advance of final smoothing, in which case spraying and smoothing must be undertaken simultaneously.
