ProSolDur is a a coloured surface hardener made of minerals with high hardness and a hydraulic binder.

ProSolDur is applied to a concrete whose thickness conforms to the guidelines of DTU 133 soil.
Sprinkle ProSolDur evenly over the floor.
Observe quantity: 2 to 2.5 kg per m2.
If the hardener has absorbed moisture from the concrete, the surface in the corners and edges must first be smoothed with a hand spatula and then with a mechanical spatula.
On the second pass of ProSolDur the quantity (2 to 2.5 kg per m2) remains the same.
Important: For a consistent result, use exactly the same technique and amount on the second pass as you did on the first pass.
Treat the surface beforehand with Harmony Primer or Primer Plus.
When ProSolDur is used in conjunction with mortar or screed, add 2 litres of water and 1 litre of latex (see data sheet for Harmony Latex) per 25 kg of ProSolDur.
Knead in a concrete mixer until a homogeneous paste is formed.
Apply paste freshly in a ratio of 12 kg per m2 with a mechanical spatula to the substrate.
The spatula should be equipped with a polishing pad.
After the ProSolDur process, it is necessary to spray an aqueous or solvent containing hardening product (see Technical Data Sheet Harmony Curing Agent or Curing Agent SL).
Note the following deadlines for walkability:
Light traffic: 7 days
Normal traffic: 28 days
Use Harmony Hydro Varnish for protection (see technical data sheet).
Before each laquer treatment we recommend to use first Harmony Décap Curing Agent.
