Harmony ISY Fine Waxed Concrete is a ready-to-use, mono-component acrylic mortar.
It is applied as a top coat after the application of ISY Standard Waxed Concrete.
Its very fine particle size gives it a soft and silky appearance.
Apply with a plastic trowel, its color is almost uniform.
DESCRIPTION
Harmony ISY Fine Waxed Concrete is a ready-to-use one-component acrylic paste mortar.
It is applied as a finishing coat after the application of ISY Waxed Concrete Standard.

TOOLS
Smoothing blade, stainless steel and/or plastic, protective gloves, tarpaulin, protective tape, sander with 120 or 240 grit.
Tools can be cleaned with water after use.
IMPLEMENTATION
The application temperature is between 15° and 25°.
Life of the mixture: ISY waxed concrete is ready to use. There is no mixing to carry out or addition of water or resin. It is already coloured in the mass.
1. Open the bucket. Homogenize the paste if necessary. Let the mixture rest 5 mns before application.
2. Apply ISY Standard Waxed Concrete in 1st coat with a stainless steel or plastic smoothing machine or the smoothing blade according to the desired effects.
The plastic smoothing machine leaves no marks. The smoothing blade allows to create some effects while the stainless steel smoothing tool creates blackish colour effects.
In the case of tile application, fill the front tile joints with our Smoothing Mortar. Allow to dry for at least 24 hours. See Smoothing Mortar Technical Data Sheet.
12 hours later, depending on the desired effects, sand the surface with an eccentric sander or sanding block with a minimum grain size of 120 to 240 to obtain a soft and smooth surface.
Dust the surface.
3. Apply ISY Fine Waxed Concrete in a 2nd coat at a rate of 500 gr per m2.
Depending on the desired effect, the surface should be ironed with the stainless steel or plastic smoothing machine.
4. 24 hours after the application of the second coat, sand the surface with an eccentric sander or sanding block with a minimum grain size of 120 to 240.
PROTECTION
On the walls, excluding bathroom and kitchen, use Harmony wax.
For normal traffic, use Premium Concrete Varnish.
For heavier traffic or for maximum protection, use Optimum Concrete Varnish.
